To give our customers complete technical solution ,we have started our state of the art special tools manufacturing facility in Kolhapur. With a strong and experienced design team in tool and fixture design, we are confident to serve our customers in difficult machining situations.
Products such Side and Face milling cutters, Spot face cutters, damped boring bars, combination boring bars are manufactured according to customer requirement. This products will help us offer complete tooling solutions to our customers.
Following are some of our offerings.
- Side and face cutter range Dia. 80 to 250mm.
- U drill range Dia. 18 to 50mm, ( any other customized requirement will also be catered on case to case basis).
- Rough boring bar with Adjustable Cartridge, suitable for ‘TCMT / CCMT INSERTS’ from Dia. 40 to 250mm, Up to 250mm Long (combination boring bar with two or three steps of boring) with BT/SK/HSK Shanks.
- Fine boring bar with Micro Adjustment – Dia. 19 to 250mm, up to 300mm long with BT/SK/HSK Shanks.
- We can design and manufacture tools as per any application specific requirement.
